This service package covers full support and system administration for one major queuing and scheduling system combo. The service includes full support for all the different aspects each Queuing and Scheduling system offers.

Included:

  • Configuration and management
  • Full support for your Parallel environment
  • Sample jobscripts and instructions for end-user convenience
  • Keep the configuration up-to-date with (security) updates.

Excluded:

  • New Queuing and Scheduler installations or upgrades
  • Resolving technical limitations of any queuing or scheduling system unless available through updates/upgrades

Important note: The excluded cases like major version upgrades or changes to different queuing systems can often be worked upon by our technicians by using some Prepaid ClusterVision Service Credits.
